Kearney Commercial Realty has just leased a 17,500 SF warehouse located at 2656A Electronics Way in West Palm Beach, FL.  The new tenant is Tread Carbons Inc. a Florida based corporation in the tire recycling business. Their operation reduces bulk used tires to much smaller pieces for ultimate use in road beds, fuel, and a number of other uses.  It is the only firm in greater West Palm Beach engaged in that business.
