The day spa and associated real estate were in foreclosure when Edward A. Kearney, President of Kearney Commercial Realty was appointed Receiver of the property by the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Broward County.

The owners subsequently filed for bankruptcy. Once the bank had possession of the property.

Kearney marketed the property aggressively. The property is to be converted to a OBGYN Clinic whose principals paid $1,350,000 or almost $244 PSF for the property.
