Ed Kearney of Kearney Commercial Realty negotiated the lease of 3.13 acres of vacant industrial land zoned for West Palm Beach to HyPower Inc.

HyPower is a 25 year old national utility and electrical contractor with more than 300 employees. It operates in 20 states and has completed more than 1,000 projects.

Some of HyPower's Florida clients include NASA, Kennedy Space Center, Publix, FPL, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Florida Atlantic University and Miami International Airport.

The property has been owned by Sil Fir Corporation for more than 25 years.
