Liberty Scrap Metal and its immediate neighbor were subject to an eminent domain taking of a portion of their properties on 25^th Street in West Palm Beach as part of the All Aboard Florida railroad expansion.  As a result Liberty’s neighbor was left with a parcel of land unsuitable for their needs.  Kearney Commercial Realty then exclusively represented Liberty and negotiated the purchase by Liberty of the balance of its neighbor’s property.
