Kearney Commercial Realty completed its third assignment for MV Transit, a national transportation contractor with more than $1 billion in annual revenue.  MV leased an 8,750 SF industrial building in Stuart, FL to manage the 2017 transportation contract it was recently awarded in Martin County, Florida.  It is a five year contract and is a large addition to the prior contact it was awarded several years ago.  As part of the transaction the landlord agreed to widen and raise the warehouse overhead doors, add office space and ad an ADA complaint a bathroom. 

MV took possession of the property on November 1.
